Beth is an award winning cake artist and professional chocolatier, learning all she can from Melissa Coppel. She is a certified judge, who travels the US teaching and judging sugar art. She is the secretary of ICES, Michigan Chapter - an international society of cake decorators. She has won first place in Chicago for her Vanilla Bean Cake. She is also FIGPC International Cake Designer. She is also a Pastry Chef who graduated at the top of her class- suma cum laude.
